Breathing is a Gateway to Happiness
Sometimes
we may forget how powerful and wonderful a very simple breathing exercise
can be. The benefits of this practice are re-energizing your body, releasing
tension and stress, and enhancing your creativity for finding solutions
while facing your daily challenges.
Basic Breath Series
1. Sitting in Easy
Posture(see diagram on left), close off right nostril with right thumb
and breathe long and deep through the left nostril, 3 minutes.
2. Change hands and
close off the left nostril, breathing only through the right nostril, 3
minutes.
3. Repeat breath through
the left nostril, 1 minute.
4. Repeat breath through
right nostril, 1 minute.
5. Using thumb and
little finger, close alternate nostrils so that you inhale through left
and exhale through the right. 1 to 3 minutes.
6. Reverse the sequence
and inhale through the right and exhale through the left 1 to 3 minutes.
7. Inhale through
both nostrils and begin Breath of Fire (pumping your naval point without
interruptions, at your own pace, one minute and gradually increasing).
The benefit of this Breath of Fire is a deep cleansing of the circulatory
system.
8. Lay down arms by
the sides, palms facing up, breathing long and deep, legs slightly apart
5-10 minutes.
Relax 5 minutes.
Seventy percent (70%)
of the cleansing of toxins happens in our body through the Breath. Through
breathing exercises, we detoxify our body as well as our mind from toxins
and old limiting thoughts.

Tibetan Fire Rites The Rejuvenation
Vortexes
Seven Fire Vortexes
Vortex A is in the
forehead above the eyebrow.
Vortex B is in the
posterior part of the brain.
Vortex C is in the
throat, the base of the neck.
Vortex D is on the
right side, about where your waist is.
Vortex E is right at
genital level and is in the reproductive anatomy, and is directly connected
to vortex C, in the
throat
Vortex F is in the
right knee cap.
Vortex G is in the
left knee cap.
Tibetan healers work
with the seven primary Life Forces of the body. These are located in the
interior of the body. They are vital sources of our well being and need
to have attention and care given to them. We are given the wisdom of an
ancient Ritual of body movement to help them stay at the peak of their
movement so that we can enjoy longevity, body strength and clear mind no
matter our age. If they are not balanced and spiraling at a high rate of
speed we are not healthy, we begin to age rapidly, we lose our power, we
become senile and are dying.
We
want them all to be moving at the same high rate of speed. In total we
will be working with fourteen vortexes. The seven listed above are important
for you now.
In Tibet there is
a private order of old Lamas, better known as Elders, who use this and
they have kept their health and sound minds for far more years than you
could believe. Their ages are incredible! And they do not act old or look
their years as we know old age to be.
The Elders in Tibet
as well as all over the Earth Mother are performing a great work for the
world. Most of it today is in the Spirit dimension, some call this the
Astral World. In that plane they can assist all life on this planet. The
vibrations there are clear and powerful and they can focus from that point
without the loss of effort.
Soon the world will
see how much has been done to assist life development here and the good
our Elders have preserved. We need to take ourselves in hand and make ourselves
and our world whole. You are a part of it. The new dawning is here! Now!
Youre it! As you do it, you stimulate a thousand-fold growth. If you have
a momentary slip, spend no time on guilt or chastising yourself, it is
a waste of productive potential. Get on it again and keep on going. We-Our
generation has been passed the Fire of Wisdom. Lets learn and keep it
burning. It is our tool! Use it!
Very quickly now the
world is becoming a place of clarity and Harmony. You are an important
part of it all. So give yourself the time to do what will keep your life
on purpose.
Following are the movements of the ritual.
The
first Rite:
This is to speed up
the Psychic Vortices so that they all are going at the same great speed.
This may be a game you use to play as a child. Let there be plenty of space
around you so you can outstretch your arms.
Stand straight, erect.
Close your eyes. Lift your arms from your sides horizontal to your shoulders.
Standing erect, arms outstretched, begin to turn left and spin around until
you become slightly dizzy. Do not do more than that, sit down or lie down
if you want and breathe while the dizziness passes. When you first begin
this, you may only do a couple of turns and that is fine. Keep increasing
the turns as you go. Stop at 28 and stand or sit with your hands on your
waist. Breathe and then begin the second Rite.
Rite 2
This rite also stimulates
all the Vortexes.
On
rug or blanket lie down head in the North, feet in the South. Arms straight
to your sides. Your hands and fingers tucked slightly under your body pointing
inward toward each other. Close your eyes. Raise your feet until legs are
straight up, if possible try to let feet extend a bit over body or until
they are over your face, do not bend your knees. Then lower your feet to
the floor. Relax all muscles before you do it again. Do as many as you
can to start. When you are completed sit or kneel and place your hands
on your waist and breathe normally.
If you cannot lift
your feet at first, then lift your thighs and let your knees bend until
you can do it all.
Rite 3
Do
this one immediately after Rite number 2. This Rite speeds up Vortex E
and also moves D and C.
On your blanket kneel
on your knees and close your eyes. Your hands on your thighs, back erect.
First lean forward as far as possible for you, head inclined so your chin
rests on your chest. Then lean backward, lifting the your head and your
chin back, up as far as you can go. Bring your head back center and continue
doing this until you have completed as many as you can. Stand, place hands
on waist and breath. You will want to do as many as Rite 1.
Rite 4
This
Rite stimulates vortexes F, G, E, C.
Sit down, your back
to the west, facing East. Let your feet stretch out in front of you, arms
and hands placed along side your body. Close your eyes. Palms flat on floor
at our side, fingers toward your feet. Chin on your chest, as you raise
your body. Drop your head backward as far as you can. Raise your body and
bend knees so that your legs, from the knees down, are straight up and
down. Your arms will be straight up and down, and your body from the knees
to the shoulders are horizontal, and your head is dropped backwards. While
the body is in horizontal position, tense every muscle in your body. Return
to sitting position and relax a moment, breath normally and do again as
many times as you did for Rite 1.
Sit up when finished
and then stand, hands on waist, and breathe normally a few moments.
Rite 5
This
Rite helps all the vortices move in harmony.
Lay down on your tummy,
face downward. Close your eyes. Place your hands on the floor two feet
apart, directly under your shoulders. Head dropped back as far as you can.
Your legs stretched out behind you, feet about two feet apart, on your
toes. Push your body and especially your buttocks up as far as you can,
bringing your chin to your chest, tense your whole body, hold for a moment.
Bring your buttocks down and let your stomach almost touch the floor, the
body is now sagging, head dropped backward, tense your whole body and hold
a moment, repeat as much as you can.
For the first week,
do each Rite once, three times a day. Second week, do once a day at least
increasing the repetitions one each day until you are doing all of the
Rites 28 times each day. Do not strain yourself when doing these.
If you cannot do them all at one time, do the ones you had to omit in the
first session later in the day, but do them in the same day. If you can
only do one Rite at a session, do whatever number you can and this still
applies, DO THEM ALL IN A DAY. Give yourself a month or two to get up to
28 on each.
Some important things
to know are that these vortices are normally moving at the same speed,
unless we have injured ourselves, or if our foods and thoughts have been
poor and in imbalance. Strong impacts to our force fields or body can change
the momentum of the Fire Vortexes.
This ritual performed
daily, doing as many as you can is a key that I cannot speak enough about.
Your robust vitality will dependend on your daily Fire Ritual of Rejuvenation.
No matter how many you are able to do you will be amazed at the results!
This can be done in
ten minutes, morning or afternoon or night. It must be done daily.
It is good to take
a bath in a tub, or shower afterward, IT MUST BE WARM OR TEPID WATER. No
cold showers. You may also rub yourself down with wet towels and then rub
yourself with a dry one afterward. NO COLD WATER AFTER THIS RITUAL, room
temperature or hot tea.
The
Lamas say all good things come from within. They say every worthwhile thing
must have its origin within the individual. So closing your eyes draws
this forth from inside you. It is asked for you to do this and not be influenced
by the outside actions around you while doing the five Fire Rituals.
The Five Rites of Fire are for the sole purpose of restoring
vital life power and virility to the body.
