When contemplating the power of prayer, the first words that come to mind are "Too Sacred to be spoken". This simply expresses my feelings that prayer is a very personal and sacred, integral part of my life. It is a time of inner reflection, and communication with Creator and all the creative forces of the universe.

Listen to the silence! How often have you heard these words of wisdom... "If you can’t hear my silence, how are you going to understand my words?" What is this silence? Silence represents the void, the stillness, the gateway to the inner self and to Creator. In the silence, we create a sacred altar for communication, recognizing the Divine Presence within us.

"The Silence is a form of prayer... the fundamental purpose of the silence is to establish a means of conscious communications between Creator and ourselves... we become as empty vessels into which we receive all the elements of the Divine presence." ("Meditation In The Silence")

It is necessary to activate all the senses and feel , with emotion, supporting our thoughts, reinforcing what we are putting into motion and sending out to the Universe. The more we associate with our Divine environment, we open to receive impressions from it, and our nature or consciousness is altered accordingly. The nature and being of Creator is within us. As we listen and open to recognize Creator’s presence in all our environment around us, in all our relations, and in ourselves, we realize we become more in touch with this reality than the illusion of materiality.

We create our reality. We are wise to become aware of what thoughts we put out, as we release the intent and trust in the natural order of the universe. The disciplined power of prayer and positive thoughts reinforce the powerful spiritual energy which transforms invisible ideas into visible things. As we focus on what we are sending out and unify our thoughts and ideas, we realize the power of our ideas, as the strength of mind force begins to work for us right away. Realizing the power and energy of our thoughts creating the reality around us, we become intensely aware of the necessity of being focused and purposeful in all our thoughts, words and actions. Just as we put into motion the message of the songs that we sing or dance to, imagine how powerful and intense are the thoughts we think, the words we say, and the actions we take. In this respect, our whole life is a prayer; we choose the message we wish to convey.

Come dance in the stillness to the inner rhythm of your music, the dance of life. Listen to the voice within and feel the Oneness with all of Creation.
